Castle Three crowd-funding retro three-wheeler rival revival (video)

Whether it's a Canadian-built Campagna or a British-built Morgan, there's something deliciously different about driving a three-wheeled retro roadster. And now it looks like they could have some competition on their hands. The name is Castle Three Motor Company, and before you go writing it off as a Morgan copy-cat, let us point out that it's actually a revival: Castle Three built three-wheeled roadsters back in the 1920s, smack in the middle of the era when Morgan was still riding on three wheels, too.

Critiquing The Vietnamese Government On Social Media Could Lead To Fines/Arrests

Critiquing The Vietnamese Government On Social Media Could Lead To Fines/Arrests

In most countries, using social media as a means to voice your displeasure of the government and/or policies is accepted and considered legal to a certain extent, but it seems that there are countries where it is not allowed, and Vietnam is one of them. This new law was announced this week and will see citizens arrested and fined if they were to post on social media where they criticize the government. While the law itself is fairly vague (perhaps purposely so), it states that it will punish those who use social media to spread propaganda against the state or spread reactionary ideologies.

Chuwi V88 Is An iPad Clone That Will Cost You $177

If you think that the tablet in the image above is an iPad from Apple, you would be mistaken, although you could be forgiven for thinking so. Upon first glance the Chuwi V88 does indeed resemble Apple's iPad (the older models at least), and while its design does look like the iPad, its size at 7.9" would feel more like the iPad mini. In any case if you're wondering who Chuwi are, you can't be blamed if you don't know because they are one of the many manufacturers in China who are responsible for putting out Android-based tablets and smartphones for the Chinese market.

Facebook Quietly Testing New "Save For Later Reading" Feature

Recently Apple had updated Safari with a reader-like feature that basically allows you to save websites for reading later. This is also a feature that can be found in the Instapaper app, an app that allows users to save sites for reading later should they not have time at the moment. Well it looks like Facebook could be testing a similar feature, thanks to MyTechSkool which managed to get their hands on a couple of screenshots that shows off the feature. As you can see in the screenshot above, this new feature adds a bookmark icon to posts in one's newsfeed where they can choose to save it for reading later.

Motorola doesn't want to be left off the great Black Friday train that's pulling into town in a couple of days. The Google-owned company is putting out a great deal for those who are looking to buy a Moto X without the added commitment of a two-year service contract. They'll take $150 off the top of any unlocked Moto X, including the developer edition and versions bought through the Moto Maker. This means you can get yourself one of the first phones to have been upgraded to Android 4.4 KitKat for as little as $350, which is the same price you can find the 16GB Nexus 5 for over at the Google Play Store.

Ford won't be releasing GT500 lap times for the 'Ring, or any other car

Trucks have towing capacity, EVs have driving range and performance cars have Nürburgring lap times. What do all three have in common. They should all be taken with a grain of salt. Currently, there is no sanctioned way to record lap times or verify production-spec cars – a lesson we recently learned with the 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo – and until there is a way to do so (and there probably never will be), we'll never officially know the actual time it took for Ford to lap the 'Ring with its ultra-powerful Shelby GT500.

AdDuplex: Nokia controls 90% of Windows Phone market

AdDuplex: Nokia controls 90% of Windows Phone market

Nokia – or rather Microsoft – now owns 90% of the Windows Phone market. The numbers are from the latest AdDuplex report and reveal other interesting facts of the WP landscape. That the Nokia Lumia 520 accounts for over a quarter of all Windows Phone devices should come as no surprise. That Windows Phone 7 devices account for another quarter, however, is surprising.

We keep careful track of outdated Android versions, but it's worth keeping in mind that WP7 devices will never see Windows Phone 8. Is WP7 the Gingerbread of Windows Phone?

Anyway, back to the Lumia 520.

Battlefield 4 Battlepack Print Plated In Gold Will Cost You $2,500

Battlefield 4 Battlepack Print Plated In Gold Will Cost You $2,500

We know that there are times when in-game items can be worth a lot of money in real life, and we have seen instances where MMORPG accounts, such as World of Warcraft, have been sold for a few hundred dollars. However what you are paying for is something you can actually use, like a new weapon, a new armor set, and etc., but would you ever pay $2,500 for a gold battlepack from Battlefield 4. Actually to be more specific, would you pay that much money for a rendering of the battlepack that you can't actually use in game. Because that's what art dealers Cook & Becker are selling.

Honda doesn't do many convertibles. There was the original Sports 360, the Civic del Sol, the S2000 and the Beat. But so far, that's pretty much it. The previous NSX was offered with a targa-style top, but the latest reports indicate that the Japanese automaker is already working on a proper convertible version of the new NSX, to be sold once again as an Acura in North America and a Honda in other markets.
Although it's not yet known whether the NSX roadster will offer a hard or soft top, sources indicate that it won't be a mere removable roof panel.
