AT&T has just quietly revealed that it will be selling the Sony Xperia Play at a holiday preview event in New York City. The phone will run on Android 2.3(Gingerbread), and will be AT&T's second Gingerbread phone behind the HTC Status. The device will run on AT&T's 4G HSPA+ network with speeds up to 21Â MBps. AT&T will be getting its own special “Stealth Blue” version of the Play along with the stock black version.
