Microsoft announced two Surface tablets back in June - one running Windows RT, and another one running Windows 8 Pro. It was clear from the beginning that the Windows RT tablet would be the more affordable one, since it features an HD display, unlike the Windows 8 Pro version, which will come with a Full HD screen. But just how affordable could it be. Well, Engadget says "an inside source" indicated that Microsoft is currently planning to launch the Windows RT surface for $199.99.
