Japan's NTT DoCoMo has announced the availability of the Sharp Aquos Phone Zeta SH-02E. It is known as the world's first smartphone with an IGZO display. The IGZO display uses the indium gallium zinc oxide technology to provide a higher translucency that normal LCD display. For your info, the Sharp Aquos Phone Zeta SH-02E comes jam packed with a 4.9-inch IGZO display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a 16-megapixel digital camera, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor, an Adreno 320 GPU and the Google Android 4,0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
