The REX-WIFISD1 from Ratocsystems is a nifty little SD/SDHX and SDXC Card reader that can be use connected to a PC/MAC via USB like any other card reader but that also comes with a 3000mAh battery a wireless capability that will let you access any files stored on a memory card remotely from your PCs and/or any smartphones.
