Anyone who has watched a NASCAR pit crew work during a race is bound to have come away from the experience at least a little bit impressed. The skill and timing of the crew isn't in the limelight like that of the drivers, but is almost as impressive in short bursts. The video above shows an awfully good representation of all this. When David Gilliland's No. 38 car comes in for stop at the 2012 Sprint Cup Series race at Homestead, we can see that changing a tire at speed comes with the definite risk of burning a fingertip or ten.
