Apple's iPad has dominated the tablet scene for a long time, and given its construction and familiar operating system and overall ease of use, it is understandable. However with Android manufacturers starting to introduce cheaper and more powerful Android tablets, like the new Nexus 7, it is not surprising that Apple's market share for tablets has been chipped away, and a new report by Strategy Analytics has shown that Android's tablet market share has grown to 67% in the second quarter of 2013, while Apple's market share has fallen to 28%, with Microsoft falling to 4.5%.
