Ducati has unveiled the third generation of its naked (read: fairing-less) motorcycles, comprised of the Monster 1200 and 1200 S, at the press conference ahead of the 71st International Motorcycle Exhibition (EICMA) in Milan, which starts tomorrow. The two new Monsters will be available in 2014, and they'll both be powered by the Superbike-derived 1199cc Testastretta engine. The twin-cylinder engine has been tuned to develop better mid-range power in the pair of Monsters, and it pumps out 145 horsepower and 92 pound-feet of torque in the 1200 S.
