Samsung has dropped its latest suit against Apple in the United States. This is not retreat, nor is Apple winning the case. According to Samsung it just needs to "streamline the legal proceedings". All of a sudden, Samsung drops the patent suit it filed a few days ago. It was an answer to the latest Apple patent complaint and was filed at a US federal court.
Samsung made it clear that it will continue to defend and protect its intellectual property.
