A former director of the U.S. National Cyber Security Center now serves as Sony's Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. Sony Corporation has reportedly hired on a former official of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as the company's new Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer.
The news arrives months after Sony took a thorough beating from unknown hackers, which resulted in the leaked information of 100 million PSN, SOE, Qriocity music and video service user accounts, and the temporary closings of each.
