Kouji Kodera resigns from his post as HTC's Chief Product Officer

Kouji Kodera, HTC's Chief Product Officer, resigned from his position at HTC last week around the same time Jason Gordon, HTC's VP of Global Communications announced on Twitter that he was also departing after a 7-year stint at HTC. According to The Verge, the recent departures are only the tip of the iceberg as global retail marketing manager Rebecca Rowland, director of digital marketing John Starkweather, and product strategy manager Eric Lin are among other high-profile names which have said good-bye to HTC over the past three months. So why is everyone at HTC jumping ship.
