HTC One, when it launched, was one of the best designed smartphones this year. And it still is the best designed Android smartphone  all around. Unfortunately, the times when a single great flagship could propel your company to success are over. You now need a full  portfolio  of competitive smartphones, at various screen sizes and price points, to succeed.
And that's what HTC is doing now, bringing One design to a range of new products. First was was HCT One Mini - a lower specked, cheaper device.
