Word about the launch of new ebook readers and tablets have been doing rounds recently, and with Amazon allegedly prepping up for the release of Kindle Color tablet(s), B&N is also expected to showcase what they've been cooking in their labs very soon. According to The Digital Reader, B&N is prepping up to launch two new Nook Color tablets including B&N Encore and Acclaim. The Encore tablet is believed to be a 7-inch color Android tablet with a slight hardware upgrade.
The B&N Acclaim, on the other hand, could be a gaming device or an Android tablet with mightier hardware specifications.
