RIM's Blackberry phones have been lacking mobile hotspot functionality even though some of its recently released phones tout mobile hotspot functionality. Finally, that's going to change, if the download file at the end of this post maps with the impending official release. Apparently, the leaked build carries a 7.1.0.74 version number and has seemingly been tried on the BlackBerry Torch 9810.
