Intel and Micron Make World's First 128Gb Flash Chip

This tiny chip can hold 128GB of your terrible party photos. Intel and Micron have come up with a 128Gb (gigabit) NAND flash memory chip. These tiny, tiny chips–built using a 20 nanometer process–fit together onto a cellphone-ready flash chip to provide up to 128GB of storage on a device the size of your pinkie-nail.
