Sony Ericsson's latest Android smartphone ‘Xperia Active' has finally hit the US market. The handset is now available for purchase in the US via Newegg for $339.99 unlocked. This waterproof and dustproof smartphone offers a 3.0-inch 480 x 320 capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz single-core processor, a 512MB RAM, a 1GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 5.0MP camera with 720p HD video recording, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, 3G (only on AT&T), a 1200mAh battery and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
