Forget about the Motorola Razr or other Android handsets that were announced as being "world's thinnest", because there's a new king in town: the Huawei Ascend P1 S, which is only 6.68mm thin. The Ascend P1 S runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and features a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Gorilla Glass screen with 960 x 540 pixels, 1.5GHz TI OMAP 4460 dual-core processor, penta-band HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, 8MP backside illuminated rear camera with 1080p video recording, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of ROM, PPVD back cover, and a 1670 mAh battery.
