Android might be an open operating system, but that does not mean it offers developers total freedom. No sir, there are Android application developers out there who are not too happy with the fact that they were barred from using third-party payment systems in their software. The reason behind this. Google, for all intents and purposes, wants developers to use its own Google Wallet service where in-application purchases are concerned, and new and upcoming software which do not comply with the new rule will be unceremoniously removed from the Android Market.
