WIND Mobile has released another affordable Android smartphone from Huawei namely the Huawei U8651. Priced at $149 CAD outright, the handset offers a 3.5-inch 480 x 320 capacitive touchscreen display, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 3.2MP camera with video recorder, WiFi and runs on Android 2.3 OS.
