. So it turns out that Motorola's rumored “all-screen” smartphone was the Droid RAZR M after all. Motorola on Wednesday took the wraps off its new RAZR M smartphone, which features a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor, a 4.3-inch display and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The device does have a fairly wide screen although it doesn't come close to matching the rumor that it wouldn't have any bezels on the side. Customers can pre-order the device from Verizon (VZ) immediately and it will officially release on September 13th. The Droid RAZR M will cost $99.99 after customers send in a $50 mail-in rebate.
