A Reddit user named “thrownawayyesok” has posted a picture of dubious veracity showing that Apple is purportedly redesigning its screws to have asymmetric heads that might drive any third-party iPhone repairers to the brink of madness. Apple has come under fire in recent years for making its devices increasingly more difficult for third-party repair shops to crack, and the repair gurus at iFixit this summer said that Apple's new MacBook Pro was one of the least repairable laptops they've ever encountered.
