Today, T-Mobile USA has started selling three Android smartphones - one made by Samsung, and two by Huawei. The one from Samsung is, of course, the Galaxy Note. It's a bit weird that T-Mobile has only now managed to launch it, since AT&T released it in January, and the new Galaxy Note 2 is around the corner. Anyway, if you want to get the Note from T-Mobile, you have to pay $249.99 on contract, or $599.99 off contract.
The Huawei-made T-Mobile handsets are the myTouch, and the QWERTY-equipped myTouch Q. Both cost $49.99 on contract, and you can buy either of them here (in two color versions).
