Android smartphones are no longer the only mobile devices that can be found in the UK to have gone below the £100 price threshold. The HTC Mozart has boldly taken Windows Phone over that line. Sure, the Mozart is really quite old for this day and age, as it was part of the first batch of Windows Phones to be released in 2010. But it's running WP 7.5, and has decent features considering the price. Which is just £99.95 on Pay as you go, with a complimentary £10 top-up.
Phones 4U is the retailer offering the Mozart for such a low price, and you can get one with a PAYG SIM card from T-Mobile, O2, Orange, or Vodafone.
